This is my take on legacy Maverick in modern. Granted, not all of the cards are available to me to use but I feel that the ones chosen are very good in the format.

I would appreciate any help possible!

EDIT: Windswept Heath are coming in for Marsh Flats. Feel it's a better fetch for this deck.

Went 3-1 and got fourth. Won a Geist of St Traft

Game 1: 2-0 against modern event deck. Player never played modern before. Felt kind of bad but 6/6 knights are tough to deal with

Game 2: 0-2 against Uw Tron. Tron is my worst matchup. This was a homebrew of sorts. He could have won many times but durdled around.

Game 3: 2-1 against burn. Blood Moon killed me game 2 but he couldn't handle my guys that were 4/4s and 5/5s.

Game 4: 2-0 against elves. I was hoping to draw but I got the pair down. My guys were just too big. Game two he used Forbidden Orchard like 4 or 5 times. Gave me flyers that he couldn't do anything about.

Overall, fantastic use of the deck.
