Blightsteel's budget

Legacy Colorless Mono-Green

Hazyness

Sideboard

Maybeboard

This is probably one of the weirder idea's I've had. For the format, I would call it a budget deck. My friend showed me Cryptic Gateway and it got me thinking about Blightsteel Colossus I love the idea of cheating him out but have never messed with golems......

This deck has been just good enough I want to keep tuning it. I have made a few changes and the deck is overall performing better and seems far more resilient. Thank you for the suggestions so far! I love that cheating anything out via the gateway (especially Blightsteel) makes it Un-counterable. Best play so far is a turn 4 Blightsteel.

Wasteland really seems to be a problem for this deck so I've added 4 Pithing Needle to start my sideboard. I'm currently contemplating giving up the Guardians of Meletis AND the Mage-Ring Responder to open slots for more utility. Possibly giving up Unwinding Clock at that point.....To be continued.
