This is Dega Midrange, the deck that has answers to everything and tries to play even harder an answer threats.

Disruption:
Thoughtseize - Snag them problem cards.
Sin Collector - Duress on a stick.

Spot Removal:
Dreadbore - Gets creatures and Walkers.
Hero's Downfall - Gets creatures and Walkers.
Warleader's Helix - Burn the Lil'ones and gain a little life.
Chained to the Rocks - 1 mana remove any creature.

Sweepers:
Anger of the Gods - Never know when the board may get flooded.

Threats/Win-Cons:
Blood Baron of Vizkopa - Ha nice doom blade.
Boros Reckoner - Came at me aggro, I dear you.
Obzedat, Ghost Council - Drain and gain all day long, Sorcery's got nothin' on him.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion - She brings her own army, and wipes the big monsters.
Chandra, Pyromaster - Ping ping ping, and bringing all the cards to the yard

The Power Singles:
Assemble the Legion - One card, one army.
Whip of Erebos - That creature you worked so hard to kill, yeah he's back. Makes Obzodat immortal.
Rakdos's Return - Lategame fireball to the dome.

Sideboard:
Lifebane Zombie - This zombie eats green and white monsters but not brains.
Mizzium Mortars - When you need to sweep the big'ins.
Assemble the Legion - Extra army
Chained to the Rocks - Extra removal
Doom Blade - Extra removal
Sin Collector - Extra disruption
Warleader's Helix - Extra removal/lifegain
Wear - Catch-all for other troublesome cards
Ratchet Bomb - Flex spot
Fated Retribution - Flex spot

Comment/Suggestion Topics:
Should a deck have 4 Thoughtseize just because it can.
Should i just change the Sin Collectors to Brimaz, King of Oreskos and add an extra Duress in the board.
What other good sideboard cards are being overlooked.

So went 5-0 at FNM.
Round 1: Esper Control 2-0
Round 2: G/W Aggro/Midrange 2-0
Round 3: Mono Green Aggro 2-1
Round 4: B/R Aggro 2-0
Round 5: Gixis Unblockable 2-0
Happy with the choice of only 3 thoughtsieze, over the night i noticed i would lose 4-6 life from my own land may want to change to more scrys and more basics over the shocks. One game went thoughtsieze into Sin Collector into another Thoughtseize needless to say there wasn't a lot on their side of the board, The allstar was of course Elspeth, Sun's Champion she alone was able to stabilize the board espicially along with Assemble the Legion. Another change i can for see is cutting one of the Rakdos Keyrune for a Read the Bones, Chandra, Pyromaster was great for card advantage but she could use a little help.
