Just in a few words, detailed description is following.

Step 1 of the game plan is fixing your mana for Cryptic Command at turn 4 and being able to cast any combination of spells the deck yields.

Step 2 is to never become tapped out until the end of the opponents turn if possible while swinging Electrolyze for pseudo tempo play and interrupting game plans by scouting the opponents hand and removing threats.

Step 3 starts at a land count of 7+. Now it is time to get a Batterskull / Keranos, God of Storms / Tasigur, the Golden Fang on the battlefield supported by counter backup.

If step 3 unfortunately fails, which should not happen, start plan B. Creeping Tar Pit / Snapcaster Mage beat down.
