After some more tests on my charge magistrate combo deck, i took the decision to adopt a more controlish stance, since i couldn't race any of the others combo decks. And after modifying cards after cards, i ended up with a totally different brew. I ousted the infinite turn setup completely, lightened the charge counter/ proliferation package and went heavy on the control/board wipe side. I think the deck i've now looks like a memedern hybrid version of vintage st4x and 12post MUD in legacy. Part lock, part ramp and part control. I abandonned U to go toward a full colorless build. It allow me to use a wide range of utilitary lands who fulfill two purposes. During the first few turns, they are the regular lands providing mana. But once the artifact ramp base can take the relay, they transform into spells, giving them a second life and providing tutors, board wipe, recursion and proliferation. It's really the best way i found to generate some card advantage with the list. As you can see almost every permanent can take advantage from proliferation/charging : pws, creatures, lands, artifacts..
