Cat Tribal:

  • Turn one is always best with a Temple Garden into Wild Nacatl or Loam Lion. Birds makes an ideal turn 1 when Brimaz or Regal Caracal are in hand. This deck provides early game agro with a Boros burn and removal package to win quick and early. Swinging with 2 or more cats after Regal Caracal hits the field usually causes an 8+ life swing and closes out the game. Brimaz and burn are alternative finishers. Ranger of Eos is excellent, as it puts a decent 3/2 body on the field and tutors out two 3/3 Nacatls

For utility, Atarka's Command is extremely versatile with a full board or too many lands in hand. The sideboard is loaded with tech to apply to the meta at my LGS, and should be modified for the appropriate setting. For example, this deck needs to be wary about playing Angers due to its potential to ruin its own boardstate, but Elves, Tokens and White Weenie tend to dominate a large percentage of my gamestore
