Enjoyed the Modern format so I spent a bit of cash and made this deck. Saw a few variants at a recent Modern Tournament and it looks like something I'd love to play. Have not played this deck very much so there may be several tweaks in the upcoming weeks. Explanation of my own twist on this deck:

• Ajani Vengeant. I've always hated to rely too heavily on a single strategy so I added this alternative to Nahiri, the Harbinger. We use him to control the board by tapping down their land and using the Lightning Helix effect on their creatures if needed. In the meantime we beat down with Snapcaster Mage, Vendilion Clique and Celestial Colonnade. Should we ever Ultimate the game is basically over.

• Timely Reinforcements. Most decks only run it as a 1-of maybe with extras in the sideboard. But I feel safer with 2 so we'll give that a try.

• Mana Leak. A lot of fond memories with this card but I am hearing a lot of love for Condescend so we may give that a try in the future.
