Opt — Sept. 9, 2017

Opt is too good to not include in this deck. It plays with the Tempo extremely well especially when you can hold up counters and Opt in your hand waiting for the right play. Running 8 cantrips has also allowed me to go down to 20 lands because of the Turbo Xerox rule. Opt is currently showing as illegal but won't be for long.
