Peema Aether-Seer
Creature — Elf Druid
When Peema Aether-Seer enters the battlefield, you get an amount of (energy counters) equal to the greatest power among creatures you control.
Pay : Target creature blocks this turn if able.

Decoction Module Fabrication Module and Peema Aether-Seer is not an official infinite combo, but it will let you keep making energy like crazy

I play a lot of control and combo, and I find that the most effective decks play several spells to help protect and also speed up their game plan.
A few ideas. First of all New Horizons is a very good ramp spell, and also has the benefit of boosting a creature. In addition, I feel that you want a reusable energy sink in order to be able to reuse the the Greenbelt Rampager more, and I was thinking that Peema Aether-Seer could do this, or maybe Aethergeode Miner, as they both enable you to attack and kill enemy creatures, as well as taunt blockers.
You might also want to consider Lifecrafter's Bestiary for card draw and so that you can filter your draws.

Animation Module Complete the combo and ride a cascade of energy, +1/+1s, and Servos.
Beastmaster Ascension Crazy buff is crazy.
Gemstone Mine More any color mana land to proliferate.
Gonti's Aether Heart Blink your non-charge artifacts with Brago/Venser; crack for an extra turn when you need it.
Meren of Clan Nel Toth whom you considered, is miles better as a value engine vs Skullbriar the growing dumb beater.
Merciless Eviction Because you are in color and nuking all Planeswalkers is often important.
Peema Aether-Seer 3 Energy Min, typically higher ETB; Occasionally pull utility dudes/generals into unfavorable combat
Tezzeret the Seeker Untap clasp/engine/modules/rocks; tutor out modules and Panharmonicon.
Vivid Marsh The four vivid lands in color are probably better here than using tri-lands.
Whispersilk Cloak Archangel, Atraxa, Basker, Brago, Roc

Hey CloudThumper, I think your deck has real potential good job. You're using Rhonas's Monument kind of like a pseudo Elf lord. Nice synergy with Monument and Vizier of the Menagerie. +1
I playtested Vizier when it came out mostly because it has such great interaction with Skyrider Elf and Rishkar, Peema Renegade, but ultimately it was just too slow. Bristling Hydra could be good here, being able to give Hydra trample with Monument makes it even better. Even though Hydra isn't an Elf consider incorporating him. Hydra could replace Peema Aether-Seer, much more impact.
Consider main decking 1x Rhonas the Indomitable because he's pretty good with his Monument. He could replace 1x Cultivator of Blades not a fan of Blades.
You have some odd choices here. Trophy Mage to get Monument is pretty clunky, isn't it just better to play 4x Monument giving you the best way to draw it or have it in your opening hand? Turn two Servant of the Conduit into turn three Monument and a two drop Elf especially Sylvan Advocate seems good and puts you ahead.
Your going to need some kind of main deck removal as Peema Aether-Seer is very unreliable. I recommend Baral's Expertise because one you can ramp into it and two you can play either Monument or Vizier for free. The card you get for free with Baral's is also cast, if it's a creature this can trigger Monument if it's already in play. This could allow you to make a big attack. Baral's can basically put your opponent behind while putting you ahead. Unsummon is also in Hour of Devastation it's another strong option. Bounce removal in blue can buy you time to setup Monument and Vizier.
Another suggestion is Tireless Tracker because she can help to manipulate the top of your library to help Vizier. You can look at the top of your library before you crack a clue if the top is a non-creature cracking a clue to draw gives you another chance to have a creature on top. Attune with Aether or Evolving Wilds would also let you shuffle to help to get a creature on top while taking lands out of your library which helps Vizier.

Interesting to see a different take on Paradox Engine. I like what you're doing with the Metalwork Colossus. I'd probably want to try Baral's Expertise more in the main deck to ensure Colossus can get through for damage.
When I played around with the engine, I went blue-green with Aetherworks Marvel and Aethertide Whale. With the Engine out, hitting a Whale with the Marvel immediately reloads for another spin. Add in some Peema Aether-Seer and Altered Ego to keep the spins coming and finish off with a Part the Waterveil so you get the first attack step with your instant whale army. Quicksmith Spy on an Engine or a random artifact (Decoction Module even) really takes off when the Engine is untapping the artifact many times per turn.

I feel like you should run Fling in your sideboard for those heavy creature and chump blocker decks.
Also suggest thinking about the following cards:
Peema Aether-Seer
Built to Smash for your pummeler however if you would rather u can run
Highspire Infusion i would run either of these over the Rush of Adrenaline
Larger Than Life has been a great card for me

@seshiro_of_the_orochi
I've played with Peema Aether-Seer before, it's kind of slow and takes yet another 4mana slot (which i already have too many of). I've considered the Aetherwind Basker but i've not gotten the opportunity to playtest it yet. Considering it has trample, it can definetly serve as one of the winconditions. I'll make some space for it soon as i'm planning to change out some cards atm.

This is a pretty interesting list you've got there. +1 from me for sure. You could take a look at my blink-list: Eternal Displaceness (finite combo flicker)
You might like Peema Aether-Seer and Aetherwind Basker. The latter could actually punch your opponent to the moon with felidar guardian, panharmonicon and any of your etb-energy cards.
