Cool idea. I personally would build this more into Plant tribal than land shenanigans, but there are a few cards that I think would work really well in your build, too:
- Creeperhulk can pick up +1/+1 counters from your general and buff up your plant tokens to have another go-wide pump.
- Arachnoform, Amorphous Axe, and/or Runed Stalactite can let you put counters on any of your creatures with your general. Same with Maskwood Nexus, but that option is a little slower.
- Mana Echoes can be some nuts ramp when you're making lots of plants simultaneously.
- Coat of Arms and Obelisk of Urd can give some great static pumps.
- Tribal Unity can give a surprise knockout with your existing ramp and go-wide strats. It also pumps creatures your opponents' control and can be a cheeky dogpile play when there's a dedicated tribal or token strat at the table.

I was gonna build a budget version of them as well. Have you given any thought to Arachnoform, Runed Stalactite and Amorphous Axe? I was going to run Maskwood as well. Sandwurm Convergence and Unnatural Growth are also pretty good.

I like it. I'll recommend Runed Stalactite and Amorphous Axe if you want a few more hamsters for your deck.

DrukenReaps: Good point on the Brion comparsion. I kinda wish the fling ability cost 0 loyalty tho seeing as you're already using a resource, but that might be too aggresive. (Also, as a compromise: Runed Stalactite & Amorphous Axe.)

Every equipment tutor is another copy of Amorphous Axe of course, you could look into cards like:
As additional copies of the effect

I'm building a Warden of the First Tree Rule: 0 deck and want to focus on methods of adding / changing his subtype so I can bypass the mana costs for his activated abilities. So far I have identified four cards.
-
Ascent of the Worthy can make him a Warrior but requires three turns to use, and also requires him to be in the graveyard, so likely not a good idea.
-
Amorphous Axe is a solid choice
-
Maskwood Nexus works well, also
-
Conspiracy does this, too
I can always use graveyard help to get any of these back if I need to. There's also Fendeep Summoner which could theoretically make him a Warrior, but I'd first need to turn him into a land. Usually doing so will remove his abilities, so that's a no-go. I'd also need to change the subtype into Swamp for this combo to work. Too many moving parts so it's not worth it.
Are there really no other cards that do this? If it's just the three or four, I won't spend the time building the deck. I was hoping there would have been more.
I see that none of his abilities last "until end of turn", so they should all be permanent boons. I was just wondering if there were ways around this. You know, because when he is removed from play, I'd have to then pay a ton of mana back into his abilities over and over again. I was hoping there were ways to basically passively keep his subtype changed / added to, thereby bypassing the costs entirely.

Some equipment you could add: Obsidian Battle-Axe, Relic Axe, Amorphous Axe, Marauder's Axe, Murderer's Axe, and probably the best if you lean into these, Bearded Axe.
For creatures, Liege of the Axe, Stonebrow, Krosan Hero, and Boggart Loggers seem like worthy includes.
Fun bonus option, Burden of Guilt doesn't feature an axe, but gives the vibe of shaming people for not using axes.

Wulfgar of Icewind Dale + Amorphous Axe + Harmonic Prodigy
Enjoy having 3x the attack triggers on everything.
Enjoy having 18 mana that doesn't empty as steps and phases end.
Enjoy having three additional combat phases after this one.
Enjoy EXILING THE TOP SIXTY CARDS OF SOMEONE'S LIBRARY
Wulfgar is now, without a doubt, my #1 favorite Commander in the whole game.
Lithoform Engine and Strionic Resonator also work. If you happen to be fortunate enough to have all of these set pieces out and can pay both Engine and Resonator, you can copy all attack triggers 4 additional times, meaning 5 triggers in total for each source.
There are even ways to have extreme mana explosions. Savage Ventmaw isn't the only creature who keeps your mana safe. Grand Warlord Radha, Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, Leyline Tyrant, and Omnath, Locus of Mana all do this also. You can also untap and then re-tap all of your lands multiple times during combat to add 2x, 3x, 4x or even 5x the mana with Bear Umbra. And if Wulfgar connects with Sword of Feast and Famine, that's even more mana. If you happen to have something that gives you additional combat steps, such as Aggravated Assault, you can go infinite.
