Didn't mean to get on your case about the mana base - I've just seen people dump a lot of money into mana trying to "fix" underoptimized decks and it makes me cringe. Sorry if I came across as rude.
I found a few relevant cards you might've missed. In particular: Dichotomancy is an even bigger bomb than Eradicate , since it can steal all the creatures from an opponent's deck instead of exiling them. Mimeofacture is similar, but requires an investment of 4 mana per creature. Splinter is an Eradicate that requires an artifact creature. And Verdant Succession works like Remembrance for green creatures, except it brings stuff directly onto the battlefield.
Other (less powerful) options: Bazaar of Wonders , Eye of Singularity , Echoing Truth , Sever the Bloodline , Declaration in Stone , Retraced Image , Bubbling Cauldron , Pack Hunt , and Reflector Mage . If you have some way to copy Spy Kit , Biovisionary and Doubling Chant could also work.
In general, I think the biggest challenge you'll face is that effects synergizing with Spy Kit are kind of all over the place. There's board wipes, removal, staxxy control, creature tutoring... but not a lot of actual finishers. You've got to make room not only for precursors to Spy Kit (draw, ramp, tutors, etc.), but stuff that can win the game.
Maybe focus on one or two archetypes for the cards enabled by Spy Kit, then pick an unrelated win con? Or fill up on stealing/copying effects that can help set up Spy Kit combos but also be used offensively? I don't know... interesting dilemma.

Dichotomancy can work well with Elder Deep-Fiend and with the counter manipulation in the deck (Jhoira's Timebug, Clockspinning) can go off quite suddenly to break a stalled-out board. That being said, there might be something better for the spot.

Wildfire Eternal + Every big dumb sorcery ever. I could play Dichotomancy or Clone Legion or Cruel Ultimatum or Army of the Damned or Biorhythm or Decree of Annihilation or Crush of Wurmsbif i wanted. It wouldn't auto-win like Tooth and Nail for Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion , but they take up less slots and usually win the game anyway.

JA14732 How could I remember what your meta is like? Every commander meta is different and not all meta's are super competitive. And honestly, I don't think Jhoira is fast enough for a hyper-competitive meta. Even if you get her down on turn two and suspend your win condition you will need at least two more turns for it to go off. That means even if you are living the dream it will take about four turns and there are a lot of decks that can go off by then far more consistently such as Narset, Enlightened Master or even Arcum Dagsson.
Besides, there are far worse cards in this deck. Such as Dichotomancy for example. This card only works for tapped nonland permanents that your opponents currently control but also have a copy of in their deck in a singleton format. Bribery or even Acquire would likely be a far better choice over this.
Other cards that could be worth trying out are Chronozoa for endless replication. Blasphemous Act for some board clear action with Grozoth synergy. And Diluvian Primordial + Molten Primordial for value.
