A deck that aims to win through forcing opponents to shuffle their decks over and over again. 'But how is such a thing even possible?' I hear you asking through your screen. It is all too simple as there are literally multiple options at our disposal:

• Psychogenic Probe burns the table on shuffle. Opponents on a hard timer.
• Psychic Surgery effectively exile-mills 1 card per shuffle. Those boys are in trouble now.
• Cosi's Trickster gets big and swings. Table needs to watch out if this thing gets avoidance.
• River Song and Ob Nixilis, Unshackled bring the pain when opponents search their decks, a common side effect found on cards that make opponents shuffle such as Maralen of the Mornsong or Scheming Symmetry.

Did you know there are lots of cards force opponents to shuffle and do other things as a side effect? It's true, check out these shuffling cards that have other uses:

• Counterspells like Counterbore and Test of Talents.
• Spot removal like Chaos Warp and Blink.
• Board wipes like Life's Finale and Collision of Realms.
• Many card theft spells like Acquire and Bribery.
• Card draw/cantrips like Portent and Clear the Mind.
• Regular creatures like Soldier of Fortune and Maralen of the Mornsong
• Several lands like Field of Ruin and Ominous Cemetery.

Yes, admittedly several of the shuffling options also benefit your opponents, such as Hithlain Rope, Scheming Symmetry, and so on. This is fine, as our shuffling effects will eventually overwhelm the table past the point of no return.

Is this deck a meme? No, of course not, and how dare you even ask.

I'm still working out the best commander for this idea, but Grixis colors have great options for this totally legit strategy and Zevlor, Elturel Exile enables multiple shuffles off of otherwise single-target shuffling effects in addition to other shenanigans.... A work in progress, and I am very open to suggestions.
