Hi this is a cool bello deck! :)

I want to say that maybe it would be helpful to add some mana positive ritual since you run a lot of 4+cmc spells ! ( I do already see a Jeska's will tho very good choice)

If you are interested in that I would suggest Battle Hymn or you could also do well with an Orcish Lumberjack since it does give you three mana in any combination of gruul colors but if you do I would suggest some land recursion as well like Ramunap Excavator or a more expansive Crucible of Worlds.

Ixthinon You are right for the drawing trigger actually ! I was so focused on gaining a major card advantage that I forgot for a hot minute there that its also very good to capitalize on sheo's life gain! If I may, I also have a few suggestion to make from fellow mono black player to another !

I would like you to consider Filth since you are already running Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and you also already have a sacking option with your Phyrexian Tower.

Also i would suggest Mirrex and Rogue's Passage / Access Tunnel since it does help you ramp up the infect effect like your Inkmoth Nexus if its something that you'd be into.

And lastly since you have some expensive mana cost spells maybe it wouldnt hurt you to run some fast mana ritual like Dark Ritual, Culling the Weak or Cabal Ritual.

And not sure what the game plan is with the deck like if you play against more casual or optimized pods but i could suggest a few infinite combos in mono black if ever you are interested in having an alternative wincon besides creatures beatdown of infect/poison counters!

As an aside: TOTALLY understand the financial impact piece! I normally play in an ultra-budget pod (we aim for $25 not incl the Commander, and absolute max is $50). I have some odd outliers though (e.g., staples from when I played Modern + some random high-value cards from my very early Magic collection) ...

First thing's first: Notion ThiefGC is an illegal card in this deck because it's outside Vivi's color identity.

Next, your premise: Vivi wants you to storm off. His +1/+1 counters aren't really there for you to beat someone to death with (although it can work that way if you go long enough). You want cards like Gitaxian Probe and the like. Cantrips that are 1 mana, maybe 2, and then a lot of cheap ramp (which you have)

All in all, though, I like the deck. It's good at Bracket 2, may struggle at bit at 3, but it will have explosive turns because Vivi is just that good.
