Sideboard

Instant (3)

Sorcery (1)

Maybeboard

The point of this deck was to ramp, and then have excellent places to put that mana. Seriously, I got Sphinx of Magosi and Ant Queen and thought this could be the beginning of something.

One of the problems I ran into was removal. On my side of things, Green/Blue is not known for having access to ways to remove blockers. On my opponents end, my giant men make especially attractive targets. Simic Charm is an all- star. Bounce is what I get, and Simic charm also can blank spot removal. Its cool stuff.

There is also an awaken subtheme which I think is pretty cool. The point is to awaken Lumbering Falls , which has hexproof to conveniently cover the weakness to spot removal

If the deck has a weakness, its to zerg rush. An aggro deck can put on pressure. I've been looking for sideboard cards that can address this. Green has lifegain. Blue has giant walls with big butts. Maybe someone made a 0/6 wall for 1UG that has an ETB gain life trigger. That would be great. Anyways, Ive been looking into acquiring Sylvan Cariatids, but any suggestions are appreciated.

Also, Thornwood Falls are place holders, but they gain life and do their jobs, so I'm generally okay with it.

EDIT: scraped some ramp out and threw in a trio of Courser of Kruphix mainboard. It's a notorious anti aggro card I've been avoiding because of the cost, but I just traded for two, so the cost is less of an issue. The other ramp spells went into the sideboard, because being able to shift gears is useful, and cultivate has more value against someone durdly than courser.

EDIT:Someone suggest bounce lands, I'm going to check them out. They can pick up thornwood falls, and they help with land fall which is nice, but i have so many tapped sources that it may not be good. Testing commences.

EDIT: The chambers are no trops, but they do what they were supposed to well enough, but they are no real boon against aggro. This deck simply folds to swarms, even post board. An infest or pyroclasm effect would help a ton, but I'm not sure what I can do, really. I guess I'll test some Nature's Way just to see if it helps.

EDIT: I added Nature's Way and Clear Shot main board, and its less interesting than it might be in other decks. It does help, but it opens other leaks. My sideboard remains volatile.

EDIT: So after twisting and turning everything I could twist and turn, I was initially convinced that deck would just fold to any semi serious aggro or control. But I looked and found Desert Twister and Psionic Blast ,and then I twisted my deck to fit these two cards. Now this deck can unconditionally answer problem creatures. Its not in color pie, but its as elegant as its going to get. I miss out on a lot of cards I really wanted to play.
