A mono-blue delver deck is now possible with True-Name Nemesis. Instead of Stoneforge Mystic and Batterskull, I run 2 Muddle the Mixture and a Runechanter's Pike. This helps give it the ability to fetch out the good equipment or a flat counterspell or a boomerang when it needs it. The real advantage here is an untouchable mana base and the ability to play Back to Basics in the mainboard.

After some consideration the deck has changed significantly, but is much more of a delver tempo style deck now without trying to be too fancy, i.e. the pike, and muddle mixture are out for competitve legacy play, though they are still great for tabletop legacy.

ok no more Treasure Cruise but Dig Through Time is still good for this deck.
