Grixis Merfolk

Grixis Merfolk is a spin on a fan favorite tuned to the meta for my local area. The deck has slightly more removal in its black and red colors to combat dangerous threats while maintaining it's fishy presence with Aether Vial

Gameplan

Merfolk is a powerful deck because it can play ever-increasingly powerful merfolk creatures, remove other threats, counter spells, and attack mana bases. Merfolk has always been a viable low tier deck in modern since its inception and has struggled to splash colors. With the addition of Fatal Push and other powerful removal options merfolk can pack powerful kill spells while remaing a threat on board.
