This attempts to cuts down on #2, and making it tribal makes it real easy to keep slapping out creatures. With Smokebraider and Primal Beyond, you can cast Horde of Notions or Fusion Elemental by turn 3. Makeshift Mannequin and Horde of Notions will bounce back any evoked elementals to keep your opponent on their toes.

The Nissa Planeswalkers serve one job and one job only: Turning Lands into an elemental army. Drop Nissa, Steward of Elements out early, or wait until late game where you can use her to immediately turn two lands into massive, flying, rocky beasts. Or just spam Nissa, Worldwaker's +1 until you've got a formidable army on your hands.

(Oh, and if you find your lands being slaughtered, slip in a Terra Eternal or two).
