A Tower deck based around Baral, Chief of Compliance's cost reducing ability. Sling a ton of spells that will usually cost just one mana to build up energy so your Dynavolt Towers and burn spells can control the board while your giant Enigma Drake and Nissa, Steward of Elements ults are flying right into their face!

Manglehorn being in the main board is pretty circumstantial. Almost much everyone at my local shop are playing some kind of artifact. If you're finding them to be dead in your hand most of the time. feel free to swap it out for something else.

Whirler Virtuoso and Radiant Flames in the sideboard is to help combat decks that like to go wide. Jace, Unraveler of Secrets can be valuable in control mirror matches. Natural State and Dissenter's Deliverance are obviously for artifact and enchantment heavy decks, and there are extra counterburn spells for fine tuning in game two.

My version of this deck is very budget. The only reason the pricey B/R lands, Nissa, and Jace are on this list is because I happened to pull them. If you can afford it throw in some Torrential Gearhulks, replace the cancels with Disallows, and use the more expensive dual mana sources that can come into play untapped. Thing in the Ice   might also have a pretty fitting place in this deck if you can get them.
