Bant-Man and Throbbin(1st FNM) (Standard MTG Deck)

Built around Prophet of Kruphix. Using the advantage of flashing in creatures such as Brimaz and my favorite Clever Impersonator in response to combat being declared. Archetype of Courage deals with death touch or other first strike threats. Ramp with Sylvan Caryatid. Some control and scry power. Oh and untapping on their upkeep is well...GREAT!!! Lol. Please comment and playtest.

The idea behind Clever Impersonator-The main idea here is to use the enemies greatest threats against them. Stormbreath is very heavily used in my meta. Turn 5 i run into him alot. Well my response to that is to cleverly impersonate one of my own. Turn 7, You wanna drop a garruk and kill my elspeth? well thats fine. My next turn i kill your garruk by impersonating one of my own, pass turn. Oh btw, Im untapping mana on your upkeep =) The impersonator is a very clever response to any opponents non land permanent i need to deal with. Clever Impersonator and Prophet of Kruphix are my 2 frontrunners.

Went 2-0 first round againt an Abzan aggro deck. Second round went 2-1 To mono blue devotion. Lost game 1 on turn 6. I got mana screwed and never drew a 3rd land :/ Game 2 i nearly lost but i dissolved his 2nd master of waves luckily. Banished his 1st one next turn. Turn 7 i got devotion for Ephara and swung for the win. Game 3 i won easily. Round 3 i went 2-1 against Mardu aggro. Game 1 i lost late after he drops an unexpected In Garruk's Wake Then swung on me for win. Game 2 i impersonated his Sorin and banished his Sorin next turn, Ulted my Sorin and he got to use his own emblem lol. Game 3 i won with ease. I impersonated a stormbreath dragon and blocked his with mine and Titanic Growth. With Prophet of Kruphix in play he couldn't keep up especially after i impersonated kruphix in response to him casting heroes downfall. Turn 9 was the win. Bant-Man and Throbbin saved the day again! Yay!!! =)
