Why Talisman of Indulgence? I'm pretty sure that you are not running black.

Check out Drumhunter, he is an easy way to make mana and cards.

Seize the Day is a great way to get in some more beats.

Scourge of the Throne also loves getting in some attacks, hit the highest life total for extra fun.

Magmaquake is great for killing off other threats if you are behind or just need to not die on the backswing.

Rush of Blood can get in some serious damage, especially with the double strike.

Inquisitor's Flail means more damage. Plays nicely with double strike.

Urza's Incubator is a little pricey, but it's also soooo good for dragon tribal.

Berserkers' Onslaught could be swapped out for Aggravated Assault or Gratuitous Violence, as both would actually stack with your commanders ability and make either one a more effective and efficient choice.

Temur Battle Rage could be swapped for Rush of Blood, Savage Beating, or even Soul's Fire for much of the same reason.

Overwhelming Stampede, Relentless Assault, and Soul's Might would also work really well in this deck.

Soul's Majesty might be a better choice than Wheel of Fortune, unless you are intentionally going for the mass discard effect.

I just noticed you are not using Scourge of the Throne either, which would be a really effective creature for you.

You are using a card in this deck that is not allowed. that card is Rattleclaw Mystic in its card text it has a blue symbol so you are not allowed to use this card because it is not in your commanders color identity see http://www.mtgcommander.net/rules.php

I like dragons, I like Gruul, and I'm trying to get into EDH, which most of my friends play.

This deck looks really cool, and I'll probably use it as a template as I build.

Taurean Mauler would probably be massive by the time you got your boss out and gave him double strike.

Thanks for the comment carpecanum! I'm not sure where Taurean Mauler would fit in this build. It's exposure to removal is it's most concerning aspect, as well as the big red target it puts on itself and yourself. What would you take out for it?

I just put this deck together myself.

These cards I have found to be very helpful. I would say what to take out for them, but your maybeboard seems to be mixed in with your main.

Dragon Broodmother is down right scary with more than 3 players in a game.

Thundermaw Hellkite due to this card, I have defeated 3 players with one attack phase. (Barely snuck the win in after 90 minutes of grinding each other down.)

Knollspine Dragon is just great. Dragon Mageish on etb. That 7 attack translates to a heavy doublestrike with value.

Signal the Clans is probably my favorite Gruul card. They do not know which one you get.

Great job. +1

Thanks rob_shifflett. I will try to incorporate your suggestions, but I do have some slight budget restrictions.

Also, the cards that are in both the main and maybe board are cards i just put in and forgot to delete from the maybe board. I would love your imput on what to take out to put in these new cards while not tacking on too much $

I forgot to put this last time. Overblaze does a better job than Gratuitous Violence & Inquisitor's Flail in the same way that a concealed dagger does a better job than a dual-edged claymore.

Birds of Paradise seems out of place in a two-color deck. With all the other ramp and creatures with flying, it is redundant and not in the good way.

Foe-Razer Regent seems more suited to Dromoka's crew. You also have no other fight mechanics in your deck.

Gilded Lotus is great in ANY deck, but you have 21 non-land cards that give you mana in some way or other. With most your creatures costing >5; cutting the most expensive would be the most efficent. Also, when using green it is not necessary(from and efficiency standpoint) to run mana rocks(save Sol Ring). So, you could lose Talisman of Impulse and/or Thran Dynamo.

These decisions were based on your Competitive tag. I hope it helps.
