This deck is about letting the opponent discard to death. My experience with Discard is that an opponent doesn't have cards in his hands after a few turns, so we let him draw cards and pay for it too.

I still don't know what to do with the 2 Blacks from Waste Not, so suggestions are especially welcome here.
