This is the new mono white control. It does good things to meta's and really murders almost all critter matchups. Some weakness against control though.

Some choices made. Smugglers copter is almost vital in ensuring that we have enough card cycling filtering going on so we can dig for the right card for the right situation.. Plus it also applies decent pressure to close out games.

Hex Parasite is more less required as long as walkers are being played.

Gideon, AOZ is a nod to other control decks, and having additional hard to deal with threats always assaulting them.

Avacyn fills a closer role plus is a pretty decent hit off emeria too.

Land destruction plus crucible becomes a wincon more often than it should, plus gives a semblance of a chance against tron.

From the side though Spirit of the lab has been very relevant in combating combo, and even control pretty nicely. Ghostly is there to make sure the creature matches are always in my favor in addition to stopping the creature combo attack decks like pheniox or elfball.

surgical is either deck striping to reduce long game consistancy (like remove cryptic command or path to exile from u/w control) to attacking combo by stripping pieces.

Grafdiggers is being played over grave hate due to hitting coco and other tutors.
