We appreciate your feedback! Hydromorph Guardian and Hydromorph Gull were both chosen during construction to help teach new players the importance of creatures commonly referred to as Dorks. We feel that these creatures, along with Caustic Caterpillar and Viridian Zealot, add value and increase the deck's overall synergy. However, we strongly encourage all players to include their own revisions in order to make their gaming experience better. Happy gaming!

I could see dropping the three more underwhelming storm cards, and the (correct me if im wrong) seemingly pointless flicker effects for better cantrips/counter producers/permanents that counter.

Manamorphose(and other rituals), Burning-Tree Emissary, Scarscale Ritual, Trace of Abundance, Abeyance and Gitaxian Probe to cantrip/increase storm.

Hydromorph Guardian, Judge's Familiar, Kira, Great Glass-Spinner, Spiketail Hatchling/Spiketail Drakeling are permanent options for counterspells that are cascade proof

Nivmagus Elemental, Clout of the Dominus, Hardened Scales and Past in Flames, Recoup, Baral, Chief of Compliance and Rashmi, Eternities Crafter feel like useful utility cards to mention.

I think that including Sleight of Hand was pretty smart. I immediately recall Bruce Lee's coin swap trick upon seeing its inclusion. Now I'm starting to think about including Hydromorph Guardian in my deck to represent his famous "be like water" speech.

Also, I never noticed until now that the Ice Age art for Adarkar Wastes could easily be viewed as a snowy, Chinese tundra. Just look at that weapon! That's straight out of a Shaolin monastery, I reckon.

This is definitely more functional than mine, but there's plenty of flavor for a spell-slinger like myself to enjoy--a fine balance, I think. Well done!

Phyrexian Altar is another good sac outlet like Ashnod's Altar to reuse those ETB effects. A bit expensive though. On the same note, Miren, the Moaning Well is a good land to include.

Grave Titan maybe. One of the most powerful ETB effects and insanely powerful.

Eldrazi Displacer is for the most part a worse Deadeye Navigator as you need colorless specific mana, but if you do add Grave Titan, it goes infinite with that and Ashnod's Altar. You already have a ton of colorless-producing cards.

Meren of Clan Nel Toth for redundancy.

More recurrable counterspells! Ertai, the Corrupted, Hydromorph Guardian, Draining Whelk, Kheru Spellsnatcher, Ghost-Lit Warder, Glen Elendra Archmage, Judge's Familiar, Hisoka, Minamo Sensei, Silumgar Sorcerer, Stronghold Machinist. Most of these I wouldn't really play, as there are better slots, but some of them may be worth it.
