The idea here is that most cards in the deck produces multiple cards worth of value. The cards, Spectral Procession , Lingering Souls , and Bitterblossom , produce three, four, or more* tokens respectively. Single target removal is laughable and boardwipes are manageable when procession is a board-in-a-box.

Speaking of removal, this deck gets to play with two of Magic's best removal colors, with cheap creature removal with Path to Exile and Fatal Push , and hand disruption with Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek .

Deck is fun; not big surprise.

What was a surprise was how Auriok Champion isn't literally the best card in our deck :gasp:. Based solely on research, I was lead to believe that this card was pure, raw gas against most decks I faced, but when it was bad, it was really bad. Well, turns out, cards that are only good in 30-50% of your games should probably be in your sideboard, not your main.

To be perfectly honest, this change feels great. This allows me more slots to play with new jank. First up to bat: Cabal Therapist. Please, let me be perfectly clear: I have no idea how good this card will be, and I'm trying it out on the merits of pure banter. I don't intend on going to top-level magic tournaments, so having a few slots in my deck dedicated to memes feels right.
