Good Blue Cards

I'm working on my deck Mono-U Good Stuff, and as the name implies, it is basically just a deck made out the best stuff in blue. It is a Kami of the Crescent Moon deck, so cards that take advantage of that draw are very useful. I am not trying to make this a Psychosis Crawler ish thing, so I'm not looking for more Howling Mine effects. Also, I am not trying to make this a combo deck, so Palinchron and friends don't belong here either. Other than that, any great blue EDH that you can think of is greatly appreciated.
