You commented on my deck earlier so I just decided to check yours out. There are several things that need to be changed. 7 anthems is far too many, cut down to just 4-5. YOu need 4 Thoughtseize . Either cut Soul Warden or replace her with Auriok Champion . Replace the 1 Dismember for a 4th Path to Exile . Cut the sword for a 4th Zealous Persecution . Your sideboard needs a lot of work as well. What is your local meta?

Also cut City of Brass and 2 Caves of Koilos for 4 Godless Shrine .

xzzane yea I was looking at your deck to see what other B/W decks are out there and look for ideas. Only got the deck for 2 weeks and have been piloting it for a bit. So majority of the cards are still same as the Event Deck itself.

I just recently got the 3 Thoughtseize and they have worked wonders. It's more of the cost of trying to obtain a 4th one.

Side board I do have to agree requires a reasonable amount of work.I do agree sometimes the amount of anthems we have is a bit high indeed.Definitely looking for a 4th copy of Path.

From the 2 modern events I have been to, I have seen 2 Jund, 2 Twin, 1 UWR Control, 1 Mono U Tron, 1 UR Delver, 1 Shapeshift and 1 Merlia Pod. Yet to see Affinity, but definitely will need to play more to see how it goes.

Well I happen to know a great deal about b/w tokens so I can help with whatever you choose to go with. In the description you mention Mirran Crusader . If you pop a sword onto him with a Honor of the Pure in play he becomes quite the powerhouse. If you want to go that route I can help. Really anything to do with b/w tokens and I'll know at least a fair bit about it. As for jund, Mirran Crusader takes care of their goyf, but we do well against Jund anyway. Twin we have a wide variety of options at our disposal. Torpor Orb Batwing Brume , etc. UWR control we don't really have that much against. Tectonic Edge stops their Celestial Colonnade s, so consider that. Tron can be stopped by both Tectonic Edge /Ghost Quarter as well as Stony Silence . Delver I don't have that much against except for potentially Ratchet Bomb when they cast their Delver of Secrets  ^Flip . Scapeshift can be stopped by Leyline of Sanctity . Melirapod can be stopped by Grafdigger's Cage . Affinity is one of our best matchups. I love going against Affinity, and I've never lost against them. We can chump block all we want, and Zealous Persecution kills them. With Stony Silence out they can't equip their most potent weapon, Cranial Plating .
