I was playing an Experiment Kraj EDH deck, and thought it would be cool to build a deck where I could stack Master Biomancers, since their bonus increases exponentially as you have more of them. With one, creatures get +2/+2. The second becomes a 4/6, now all creatures get +6/+6! With other exponentially increasing +1/+1 counter bonus, I thought this could be a potentially interesting deck.

Hardened Scales has turned out to be by far the most powerful card here. It's especially powerful with effects that can play multiple counters at a time, like Master Biomancer or cards with Evolve. It also ties in to the "exponential growth" theme I'm going for here. My personal favorite combo is to have Scales up with a Master Biomancer and a Lorescale Coatl on board. Play a Fathom Mage, it gets +2/+2 (at least), draw 2 cards, and Coatl gets +2/+2 for each! Combos like this can let you run away with the game pretty quickly. Another pretty neat one is just playing a Skyrider Elf with Scales in play, since it then gets +2/+2 for each color spent to play it. Having multiple Scales also gets pretty nutty, since you just replace every 2 in these combos with a 3!

As a note, this is a budget deck, but Misty Rainforest and Breeding Pool are obvious choices, and Chord of Calling would probably be better than Primal Command.

As for sideboard... budget staples. Any suggestions would be useful!
