Make Tokens with Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Secure the Wastes, Hangarback Walker, and Second Harvest.

Pump up Tokens with Nissa and Gideon.

Sacrifice a Token or a Hangarback Walker to Angelic Purge for removal, and cash in the Hangarback at the same time, for even more tokens.

Sacrifice tokens to a Westvale Abbey   for some Ormendahl fun and games.

When your opponent flips your Archangel Avacyn  , ruin their day with a Might of the Masses to save something and get in for ridiculous damage.

I am not sure for the Second Harvest, I think that this is too much conditional, if you don't have any token because you didn't have time to put some, didn't have your token engine, you drew it just after a sweeper, your opponent kills your planeswalkers, I think you understand the idea. I would replace it by an other thing that puts some tokens or a creature, maybe Tireless Tracker. But +1 because the deck seems sweet.
