Summary

I'm super-sure that Humans can be budget and still play efficiently in current meta. It's only the question of environment which they're put in. So what I'm trying to do is to create an environment Humans will play competitive in!

Wincons

This deck has several wincons relying on different cards/combinations.

1. Humans synergy powerUse combos like Sigarda, Heron's Grace + Thalia's Lieutenant , 2x Thalia's Lieutenant , make your Thalia's Lieutenant and Tireless Tracker grow permanently. Metallic Mimic is a powerful card that allows you to play your thin Humans already with counter (imagine that Thraben Inspector is played as 2/3 creature and Heron's Grace Champion – as 4/4 creature). Always Watching will make you win faster and easier.
2. Use your card advantageUse Clues to draw cards and have cards advantage. Having several cards more in your hand than your opponent is always nice. Sacrificing Clues additionally triggers Tireless Tracker.
3. Last resort – Ormendahl, Profane Prince  When you feel that game lasts too long and you can lose just transform Westvale Abbey  . If you have Always Watching on the battlefield then this game is most probably yours.

Cards choice

Mainboard

Thraben Inspector	Easy investigate on ETB. Perfect for T1. 1/2 for
Maulfist Revolutionary	3/3 Human with Trample for which is pretty good itself. But he has cut proliferate ability on ETB and when he dies which makes him very valid choice for this deck
Thalia's Lieutenant	Another work horse of this deck. Works perfectly with Sigarda, Heron's Grace activated ability
Metallic Mimic	IMHO this is the top card for each creatures-of-one-type-themed deck! In combination with Thalia's Lieutenant it makes your squishy creatures become a big threat for an opponent
Tireless Tracker	Probably the most universal card. Investigate on landfall and put counters on him on Clue sacrifice. Simply all-sufficient
Heron's Grace Champion	Casting him on instant speed at right time can completely change the outcome of the battle giving +1/+1 and lifelink to the rest of the Humans. Is too good not to play
Blossoming Defense	Multipurpose card. Helps to safe your creature from burn spells and removal, deal with tough blocker making your creature survive or just finish your opponent. Buy +2/+2 for one creature for and get hexproof for free!
Heroic Intervention	Another protection card. Helps to safe your creature from burn spells, removal or deathtouch. Hexproof and indestructible for each your permanent on the battlefield just for
Stasis Snare	Will help you to defeat dangerous creatures (e.g. flying ones) on instant speed and will clear the road for your Humans to engage. Works against indestructible creatures as well
Declaration in Stone	Perfect way to get rid even of bunch of tokens or at least several same creatures in one go for just . Works against indestructible creatures as well
Always Watching	Another awesome card to let your creatures grow and attack without tapping
Westvale Abbey	Alternative wincon. Is very dangerous after flip (Ormendahl, Profane Prince  ). It won't be a big deal for this deck to sacrifice tokens and several little Humans for sake of big and powerful Ormendahl

Sideboard

Fragmentize	You definitely don't want to mess with Panharmonicon, Aetherworks Marvel, opponent's Always Watching or Stensia Masquerade (if you play against Madness Vampires). You can destroy it just for . Works against Vehicles as well – Heart of Kiran and Aethersphere Harvester are your primary targets
Collective Effort	Enhanced version of Fragmentize for enchantments that is also able to destroy tough blocker and grow your creatures at the same time. Its escalation cost is just awesome

Handy tips

• All removal spells neither destroy nor deal damage to creatures but exile them hence indestructible creatures will still be removed
• Sigarda, Heron's Grace activated ability creates a creature token on instant speed. This action triggers Thalia's Lieutenant second triggered ability
• Metallic Mimic third ability affects any Human (if you chose Human type as Mimic enters the battlefield) entering the battlefield. Keep in mind that even tokens you create are Humans
• Stasis Snare and Heron's Grace Champion have flash which means they can be cast at any time you have priority. Use it to your advantage and don't forget about interactions Thalia's Lieutenant + Heron's Grace Champion and Metallic Mimic + Heron's Grace Champion
• This deck can grant hexproof to your creatures/permanents (Sigarda, Heron's Grace, Blossoming Defense and Heroic Intervention) and even you (Sigarda, Heron's Grace). This is very powerful mechanic and playing Blossoming Defense and Heroic Intervention on instant speed at right time will cause your opponents' spells or abilities to fizzle
• Playing Maulfist Revolutionary having Metallic Mimic on the battlefield makes him enter with a counter hence you can target himself with his ETB ability and get 5/5 creature with Trample just for . Isn't it awesome?
