The basis of this deck is Calamity Bearer + Surtland Flinger going in for a massive one hit kill. By flinging something like Quakebringer with Reflections of Littjara on the field, we could be doing damage that looks like this:

• Calamity Bearer and its token copy equal double damage, doubled (x4)
• Surtland Flinger and its token copy mean double damage for Giants (x8)
• Quakebringer has 5 power
• When sacrificed with Flinger's ability, that's 40 damage!

It may take us a while to build the board we want - since Giants typically have giant mana values - but if we can even get one hit off, it's game over.

To make sure we're drawing what we need when we need it, there are many scry effects in the form of Mystic Speculation, Invasion of the Giants, Battle of Frost and Fire, and Temple of Epiphany. And we can use a well-timed Bonecrusher Giant to ensure we get the kill!

To make sure we can do all this, there's Braid of Fire to get us some extra mana, Invasion of the Giants to make our Giants more affordable, and Counterspell to stop our opponent from getting too far ahead. We'll also be drawing cards with Aegar, the Freezing Flame + Squash, and Glimpse the Cosmos to pull the cards we need.

I haven't had the chance to playtest this one yet, and I'm sure I'll be tweaking the list and sideboard in the next coming days, but I'd love to hear your thoughts! Let me know if there are better cards out there (keeping in mind budget), or what you think of this wacky and potentially unrealistic combo.

A side note: if mana isn't an issue, swap in Borderland Behemoth for Quakebringer and you can do an insane 192 damage in one move!
