Black White Life Gain and Death Deck

Standard Allies Competitive Lifegain WB (Orzhov)

Xavkul

Sideboard

Maybeboard

A deck designed for FNM that deals damage to your opponent by causing them to lose life through life gain. A deck that you do not have to attack with to win!

FNM 1: 1-3 (old deck)

FNM 2: 2-2 (Current deck)

Decks Won against; Deathtouch deck: Advantage of playing passively, did not have to worry about attacking to win.

Landfall deck.

Decks loss against; Mono white humans: got overwhelmed early game and was doomed unless i got a board wipe out.

Red-Blue control: hard to win when all my cards are getting countered or back into my hand.

Any tips to help against these decks? Also, I got a suggestion to put in Captain's Claws, thoughts? I also drew a Ob Nixilis Reignited that i might replace Liliana, Heretical Healer

Update: The deck is looking good now. I'm removing the needs help flag. Many thanks to user:bpatric1. Will keep updating as I improve this deck.

Future Improvements: Will be adding a sideboard as I figure out what works.

Lands: Planning on getting Shambling Vent and Caves of Koilos to replace Crumbling Vestige and Forsaken Sanctuary .

Creatures: Trying out Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim to see how good it is. Makes a good removal if ahead.Emergency lifegain.

Planeswalkers: Sorin, Grim Nemesis good source of damage, creature/planeswalker removal, and if the game drags on long enough, a game changing ult.

Update: Deck got a too big, so I had to slim it down. Cryptolith Fragment   was added to help with mana problems and if it flips, the game should be yours.

Collective Effort is great with the number of creatures this deck pumps out and is great all around.

Liliana, the Last Hope: Great planswalker, can defender herself and can help retrieve important allies.

More to come latter.
