You play Eye of Nowhere because you can splice in Dampen Thought

If you can afford it ($6 is not that much),Cyclonic Rift would be better than both Eye of Nowhere and Boomerang because if you get into the late game you can overload. Only down-side is you cant target lands, but that doesn't matter much, does it?
