hopped on gatherer and found a couple decent things (ie better than thallids)

Clockwork Condor, the lose 1 counter ability is really not bad when your first doubling puts it at 6 and it flies

Undergrowth Scavenger is gonna be big!

awaken cards like Clutch of Currents - having to use a land is a downer, but the bounce utility is pretty sweet attached to a beatstick

Phantom Tiger - immunity to red removal (x burn) could be neat, idk

Rhox Maulers - has to get through to pick up counters, but has built in trample

Shoe Tree - just because piling up shoes would be hilarious :D
