I have a mono green wolf deck that I might be able to offer some suggestions from. My deck is mostly built around using Silverfur Partisan with multitarget spells like Strength of the Tajuru or Setessan Tactics to get a huge army which can then be leveraged for further value with the likes of Shamanic Revelation and Cryptolith Rite. Since you already have Band Together and some other combat tricks, Partisan could be a pretty good fit here without needing many changes. One mechanic I also like in wolves is kinship on Wolf-Skull Shaman. Not only are a lot of wolf-adjacent cards elves (Wren's Run Packmaster, both Tolsimirs, 5 of your own creatures), but many shamans can also benefit wolf token spam (Essence Warden, Master of the Wild Hunt, Nullmage Shepherd, Ulvenwald Tracker, Wild Beastmaster, etc.) If I was going to cut anything, I'd probably start with the non-Garruk black cards followed by some of the somewhat unneeded ramp and Hydra's Growth which you don't even have a trample target for. You could even consider rotating into Naya to play Voja, Jaws of the Conclave as a bomb.

OP looks like a pretty solid deck, given what your restrictions are. I have a Fynn based deck, and I definitely decked it out with equipment that gave pinging effects or First Strike, as well as more instants that would have your creature deal damage equal to it's power to target creature. Things like Band Together, Combo Attack, Devouring Tendrils etc etc can go a long ways to opening up the road to biting your opponent.

Thanks for the suggestions lonesentinel and Podkomorka.
To make room for Ambuscade, Band Together, Lignify, Ram Through (which is strictly better than Pounce), and Unnatural Aggression, I decided to drop the Primal Druid as suggested, as well as the Viridian Emissary (which does basically the same thing).
Not feeling comfortable going down to 35 lands, I opted to only drop Khalni Garden, and both Forge of Heroes and Opal Palace (as I rarely need to recast my commander).

How about Rabid Bite or Band Together instead of Prey Upon? Your target creature will suffer no damage and get the heroic bonus. I love Lagonna-Band Trailblazer, my favorite.
What deck did you finally buy?

I'll address the point about making tokens. You've got three creatures that can makes wolves: Mayor of Avabruck Flip, Nightpack Ambusher, and Silverfur Partisan. You've also got the two Arlinns, but I'll ignore those for now. These all produce tokens under very specific circumstances that I don't think your deck is well positioned to leverage consistently. You're not running Immerwolf, so even with Moonmist you won't be always be able to control when the Mayor is flipped. Nightpack is a four-drop, which means you have to tap out for it on turn four and then not do anything on your turn five to get any tokens from it at all, which I think is highly inefficient. Silverfur is interesting, but smart opponents will target it with their removal first, which will be a wash for you, and you only have Rabid Bite and Band Together to target your own guys (you mentioned Moonlight Hunt but that card does not target your own guys). Bite is sorcery speed, and Band Together is three mana, both of which are hardly ideal.
The reason the creature count is a major concern is because you will not be able to consistently play impactful creatures every turn the way you have it right now. I don't think you can rely on tokens. As an aside, Lightning Bolt is better than the removal you're currently running, not because it can hit face, but because it is cheaper and will do the job just as well most of the time.
Sorry for the long-winded response. I'm not sure if I'm taking this way too seriously or not. I'll take a look at the mono green wolf deck you're talking about.

Antarktika you must also realize that while 17 creatures is a low count this deck is meant to produce tokens as well. And if you can get Silverfur Partisan or multiple copies of it on board then it produces them faster with using cards like Moonlight Hunt, Rabid Bite and Band Together. Removal like Lightning Bolt or Shock are great because they can target other things than creatures but I based the deck around targeting my creatures to produce tokens, kill my opponent's creatures and then overwhelm my opponent with combat damage. Now I have no idea if it will work properly because honestly I don't get to play paper magic much anymore. So the deck is just something to have on hand to pull out for fun really. Thank you for your comment. I do have a mono green wolf deck if you want to check it out.

Yay, werewolves! Looks like a fun deck.
If you want my two cents though, this is just too slow, especially for modern. 17 is a pretty low creature count for an aggro deck, and your curve is kind of off to me. I would run a few one-drops; Werewolves have some good ones. In addition, your removal spells (Rabid Bite, Band Together, and Moonlight Hunt) are all too expensive and or situational to really be recommended. I think, since you're running red, Lightning Bolt would be better than any of these 90% of the time. Of course, if this is just a sort of for-fun deck, then you can pay me no mind. I'm just obsessed with optimizing things.
This is my Werewolf deck, if you wanna see my take on it. It does cost a whole lot more money, unfortunately. Happy to see more Werewolf decks out there though. Cheers!
