Thank you SufferFromEDHD, I appreciate it. I was fortunate to pick up a Squandered Resources last January for $14. I hadn't realized how much it spiked in price with the recent EOE precon's popularity. I don't think I have seen Infernal Tribute before, but I'll def keep it in mind. Dust Bowl could be a solid add, but would likely have to replace either a basic or a tapped land. Diabolic Intent is also solid, I have a copy or two on hand.
I hadn't really considered Bootleggers' Stash for this deck AkaAkuma (honestly kinda forgot it existed). Yeah Ouroboroid and Mossborn Hydra are both kinda boom or bust, but are a lot of fun when they do pop off. I do like that Mossborn already has baked in Trample, so turns with extra land drops and recursion can ensure that it's erasing somebody. Ouroboroid is mostly for the go-wide, and is more so a finisher than a value piece.
I can def see the case for something like Living Death. The addition of Vigor was something along the lines of, "I have a copy in my binders, and Idk what other deck I'd realistically play this in". Also, I figured the wonky mana cost would be a bit more manageable since Green is the overwhelmingly dominant color of the deck.

This isn’t Standard legal. At a glance it looks like it would fit the Modern cardpool. Also, Lightning Bolt is vastly superior to Shock.
Rhadamanthus on Name stickers make no sense

No, you won't be able to do that. A sticker can only be applied to a card according to what kind of sticker it is. As of right now, the 4 types of sticker are Name, Art, Ability and P/T. In your example, the "Squirrel" Name sticker can only be applied to a card's name.
FYI: In the case of an old topic like this, it would have been better to post a new question topic rather than add a follow-up here. With the way this website is set up, adding a comment to a thread doesn't make it float up to the top of the list. When an old thread gets a new comment, the only people who will be able to see it easily are people who have already commented in it and haven't unsubscribed from new-comment notifications for it.

Don't Caged Sun and Toph, the First Metalbender go infinite with each other, causing a Draw? Toph makes Caged Sun an artifact When Caged Sun makes an additional mana, it will trigger it's own effect causing a recursive loop that draws the game?

No prob! I know there's a couple folks here that I interact with semi-regularly that aren't into UB, so I make a mental note of who those folks are when making suggestions. Certain UB crossovers have really hit the mark for me, but others that don't really mesh well with MtG aesthetics are misses for me. I'm still on the fence about the Avatar set, but I'll look at those spoilers more closely eventually.
Jenova is pretty cool. At the time I figured her Mutant type synergy was more of a signpost for Mutants being in Edge of Eternities; I didn't think it would be a signpost for TMNT lol. I started brewing her a few months ago, but I think once Szarel made his debut, I shifted my focus there instead.
I'm also bummed that EOE got overshadowed so quickly. Definitely one of the newer settings that makes me miss Block set releases. In regards to Szarel, I've had a lot of fun with him. Jund is one of those color combos I've wanted to find a commander for. I tried Lord Windgrace, but he felt too durdley for my taste. I like that Szarel's design is open ended enough to be a sliding scale for Aristocrats, Lands Matter, and Counters strats or some Venn Diagram mix of them.

I think Lulu might be a better card, especially if you would rather move away from dependence on non-creatures, but it might depend; if you're really good at drawing cards you have lots of non-creature spells in your deck, so it might be easy to get multiple Proliferate triggers from Flux Channeler while gaining value from casting spells. I'd say Lulu is also more of a combo piece; I'm not certain what combos would want a Proliferate source, but one that can go infinite for only 4 mana seems like it might attract some attention, depending on your bracket/meta. I guess Magistrate's Scepter could be fun with her?
BTW if you wish to lean more into creatures, there is Metastatic Evangel, it's a budget proliferate source that can be triggered many times in a turn, and can even be used as part of combos involving creature ETBs.
