Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).
Harvestguard Alseids isn't showing up at all in deck/list editors. Even pulling up the dedicated page for it and trying to add it to a board from there doesn't work.

Update from my last comment: Harvestguard Alseids is showing up when I type in Wander in Death, but not it's own name. Also, Sigiled Starfish isn't showing up either.

Hi just a few problems.Trueheart Duelist is showing it's token only and not the original card [http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=426737] As stated above Harvestguard Alseids doesn't show up when searching for it, but only if you search 'wander'Same for Sigiled Starfish which only shows in search if you type 'those'

Decklists token section lists 1/1/ white bird token for Swan Song instead of the 2/2 blue enchantment creature - bird.

I'm sure I'll have more but for now, the following cards are not showing up when I go to add them to my inventory. They show up here but when I go to add them to the inventory it says 'card not found.':

I've tried submitting my own fixes for these but they never get implemented, so maybe someone else will have better luck.

Add Glassblower's Puzzleknot to the list of cards not showing up when trying to add to inventory.
No offense but does anyone who can fix things on this site actually read this post? I've seen a lot of postings of things that need to be fixed and zero responses...

When using Edgar Markov as a commander, the playtest feature lists the 1/1 black Vampire token as an option in the token drop down, but when selected, the token created on the battlefield is just a 1/1 black rectangle with a broken image.

New Blood is displaying the wrong legality for legacy.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, Legion's Landing Flip, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Queen's Commission, and Call to the Feast all seem to give the wrong vampire token.

I am unable to find the following cards under Kaladesh when adding cards to inventory They are also not listed under there Sets list. Fragmentize, Fireforger's Puzzleknot, Glassblower's Puzzleknot, Glint-Sleeve Artisan, and Fortuitous Find. What's odd is I can find the card and webpage through google, but even when I try to add that card on that actual card page, nothing happens.
