Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).

I've been putting in a couple cards, and while putting in the info for Sanguin Glorifier from Rivals of Ixalan, I was not able to make it a Vampire Cleric. The creature type line would auto correct it to Vampire Cleric Ally no matter what I tried.
I submitted the card as Vampire Cleric Ally until that bug is fixed

Duplicate/incorrect card:
Champion of Twilight is actually Champion of Dusk. I guess this was added before the real card was spoiled, but it's the less accurate/complete of the two versions anyway.

The database seems to be missing Pharika's Chosen. I can't add it to my deck; I get the message, "Card not found."

Forsake the Worldly entered into a deck list provides the error "card not found - forsake the WORDLY"
card image still works, but it is annoying as you have to skip validation each time you update the deck list.

Whenever I try to add Grimlock, Dinobot Leader to a deck, it wont let me save the deck, saying Printing not found

I'm slowly adding the remaining cards from Rivals of Ixalan. Might take a day or so before the submissions are approved.

Thanks for getting Path of Mettle Flip linked to its flip, yeaGO. I've added the rest of the double-faced cards from Rivals (some are still pending review). When you can, would you kindly link them together? Here's what's left:

Not a missing card, but both Kiora, the Crashing Wave, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion (Duel Decks versions) are missing their prices.

Hey LordBlackblade, I submitted fixes for those cards displaying incorrect art and those with missing/broken art. I also added the 5 missing printings you mentioned. It might take a day or two for it to all appear.
But I couldn't find an image of the Duel Decks: Elspeth vs. Kiora Swamp art anywhere. If you can find the image, let me know and I'll add it to the site.
I'm not sure what's going on with Cinder Barrens, I see 4 different printings on the site. Might need yeaGO to look into that.

Romer: Thanks for doing that, it is very much appreciated! If this helps, this is what happens when I try and enter Cinder Barrens in my inventory.
Also I went back and looked at that swamp it was actually from Speed vs Cunning; however, I am wondering why there was an Elspeth vs Kiora option to begin with. According to the decklists, neither contain Swamps.

Legion's Landing Flip Generates the wrong token (makes a 2/2 black vampire instead of a 1/1 lifelink vampire), and Trueheart Duelist is just really messed up.

Romer: Everything from my last post seems to be working now. Cinder Barrens shows up, courtesy of yeaGO I assume. Very much appreciated, as I said before.
I finished entering another of my binders and found another missing card. Hymn to Tourach is missing one of its versions in the inventory, specifically Multiverse ID 1850.

'Noticed that the multiverseid=430625 printing of Slave of Bolas is missing from Archenemy: Nicol Bolas. Thanks and I hope that's of help. No external link as I can't get it to appear in the preview, possibly due to an account age based precaution.

Finally have time to start adding cards to Explorers of Ixalan E02. Someone mistakenly put 4 cards there (that should have been in Rivals). Is there an easy way to remove them?

Master of Waves is showing the incorrect Token in my Commander deck. Rather than showing the blue 1/0 Elemental tokens from Theros block, it's showing the red 1/1 Elemental tokens from one of the core sets/Unstable.

Huatli, Warrior Poet missing attached token. 3/3 Dinosaur from zero ability.
Dovin Baan missing Emblem.
Gideon of the Trials missing Emblem.
Brimaz, King of Oreskos incorrect token attached. Currently 2/2 Cat, should be a 1/1 White Cat with Vigilance.
2/2 Cat Warrior missing Picture. Produced from Jedit Ojanen of Efrava. 2/2 Green Cat Warrior with Forestwalk.
Pride Sovereign incorrect token attached. Currently 2/2 Cat, shold be a 1/1 White Cat with Lifelink.
Regal Caracal missing token. 1/1 White Cat with Lifelink.
All Embalm and Eternalize cards are all missing zombie tokens, that do actually exist. Examples are Adorned Pouncer and Angel of Sanctions.

The Elder Dinosaurs from [RIX] do not have "Elder Dinosaur" as a creature option for the cards. Can be seen at Etali, Primal Storm, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, etc.

Swan Song uses the wrong token (1/1 white bird token instead of 2/2 blue bird token)
Forbidden Orchard uses the 1/1 white spirit token with flying instead of the 1/1 colorless spirit token with no abilities.

It appears that the entire Commander Anthology (CMA) printing is missing. I've tried a half dozen cards, and none of them appear to have the CMA printing.
