Changeling Outcast and Mothdust Changeling can be pumped up by Mirror Entity and attack for big evasive damage, or attack, then turn into something more threatening through Shapesharer. Widespread Brutality can be a one-sided boardwipe, with Changeling creatures now counted as Army creatures. Draconic Roar provides some burn, and Silumgar's Scorn and Wizard's Retort are the counterspell equivalent. (I know Lightning Bolt and Counterspell are better, but I'm trying to play around with Changeling-ness here.)

If you have any suggestions, thoughts, or random musings, please pass 'em on. I'm trying to avoid buffs and bonuses from creatures, because the best lords often don't support each other, but artifacts, enchantments, lands, and spells are welcome--the more obscure or unusual, the better!
