This is the modern deck I've been piloting for months now. I know it back to front and love it to bits. It used to be mono green, based off Hans Christian Ljungquist's list that top 8'ed the Bazaar of Moxen tournament in 2014 (found here http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=7266&d=241641&f=MO) but I've adapted and tweaked the build a few times (and new cards have come out, like Avatar of the Resolute and the superb value Collected Company))and settled on Black and a natural splashing point, for the versatile removal of Abrupt Decay and the honestly-not-that-bad-in-modern pet card Dreg Mangler .

This is a deck I play purely at a local shop level, so the current build and especially the sideboard are fairly local meta dependent.
