B/R vampire madness budget aggro.

I like the madness mechanic because it takes a negative effect from a card and turns it positive. That negative effect (in this case, discard a card) allows Wizards R/D to counter-balance the card with some positive effect. Which in turn gives you a card with a higher value than its CMC would normally allow.

And I like the fact that most of these cards are easy on the pocketbook! I threw a couple of higher priced cards in like Liliana, Heretical Healer   just because I couldn't resist, but she is definitely not required for the deck to be functional. And Voldaren Pariah   can be replaced with Ravenous Bloodseeker to bring this deck to around $15!

Also, I know a few cards in here are not standard legal. They can be replaced easily to tweak the deck in whatever direction is needed. But my buddies and I just play casual and don't really care about that

Now this isn't the best "WIN ALL THE GAMES!!!!" deck, but I think it's strong for its price point.
