Sanctuary - G/W Angel Ramp (Standard MTG Deck)

With Scars and M12 leaving us shortly, I find we're losing some solid anti-control cards. There is no Grand Abolisher to make sure that all of my creatures aren't countered. There's no Asceticism to lock down control decks. So we are left with only a few things to make sure our fatties hit the field and stay there. Not to mention, we'll soon, be saying goodbye to Surgical Extraction.

I think Shimian Specter is our answer. I think we ALL will start seeing this card making a huge impact on our meta. Every turn that my opponent can't block, I can weed out my weaknesses one by one. No more Mana Leak or Dissipate. No more Day of Judgment or Murder. It's an answer to anything.

That is why it found a place in this deck. That is why it found a place in all of my decks.
