Renegade Rallier Effects — March 14, 2017

So, Flickerwisp, Angel, Splicer, Displacer. All super good flicker effects, but if you want to go aggro, Renegade Rallier is super nice. The problem is is that he doesn't hit any of the cards just listed.

In my updated build he hits everything but himself, Loxodon Smiter, Wilt-Leaf Liege, and Thalia, Heretic Cathar. That's only 9 dead targets in the whole deck if you have Renegade Rallier in hand! Everything else in your deck is a valid target. Yes, even lands.

Where Renegade Rallier really shines is with 1-2 Leonon Arbiter online and playing a Ghost Quarter for turn (in most cases it becomes a Strip Mine, cast or Aether Vial into Renegade Rallier and then return Ghost Quarter from grave and strip mine a second land for turn. Tron decks hate you if they can't get rolling fast enough.
