It's a red blue control deck that has multiple ways to win. Is very similiar to red/green goggles ramp, but with green as a splash, and not as a main. blue is mostly for removal, but can mill opponent to zero cards, and can kill opponent with an 8/8 octopus. Red deals a good amount of damage, with plenty of draw spells and madness triggers.
