UW Control/Combo Mill - Fields of Ruin enables consistent enough archive traps that running 8 (with the additional 4 coming from Trapmaker's Snare).

This allows a couple of silver bullets in the sideboard, like ravenous trap against dredge, mindbreak trap against storm and refraction trap against burn, since 1 can be counted as 5 with the Snare.

The idea is to cast 3 or 4 archive traps. Fraying sanity doubles amount, milling 26 with a single trap. They also stack exponentially, with two milling an incredible 52 with a single trap.

The Tutelage helps round out the edges, with 13 draw cards in the deck it is easy to repeatedly trigger.

Cast out is a bit irregular but a good fit for problem children like Leyline and also triggers Tutelage.

The sideboard also has a single Bribery, which combined with surgical extraction and ravenous trap makes beating Emrakul feasible.
