Primary objective is to get out Argothian Enchantresses and Enchantress's Presences.
Second objective is mana ramp with Wild Growths, Utopia Sprawl, Exploration, and Gaea's Touchs. This will give massive card drawning from the enchantresses and the enchant lands are amazing when using Frantic Search or Time Spiral.

sometimes it works best to mana ramp a little first, then play enchantresses, then go back to mana ramping for card-drawing bonus.

The win is done by getting out Retreat to Hagras to landfall your opponent to death. Infinite combo with Fastbond and Simic Growth Chamber.
