I want this deck to let me drink my enemies' tears! However, my win conditions seem a little weak, so I'd like to strengthen them. A revamp of an old deck. Mainly Wizard tribal. Since my creatures tend to be squishy, I rely on Enchanted Evening + Sphere of Safety to give a firm-deny to attacks, and Aegis of the Gods + Enchanted Evening + Fountain Watch to hard-deny targeting my stuff. While I chill in the Sphere, I want my wizards to completely control the battle field. I accomplish this through the use of bounce spell combos like Aether Gale + Archaeomancer , and Supreme Inquisitor to get rid of any nastiness my opponents may have. Arcanis the Omnipotent + Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Information Dealer give me great card advantage.

Win conditions: Mill, but with so many useful wizards, I could use my card-drawing to fuel Laboratory Maniac win con, or token generation combo Nameless One + Stonybrook Schoolmaster , or control with Beguiler of Wills and Willbreaker.

I'd like to keep this a budget deck, so cost will be a big factor in whether I include a card suggestion or not.
