The deck starts out on defense. When you look at the one and two drops, they either have protection, first strike, or double strike, but they are all pretty small. You get some muscle on the board with three drop, but when the four drops show up, out of nowhere you all your creatures probably have flying and vigilance and are nearly impossible to block or kill so your opponent is going to within a couple turns and how are they going to kill you? Your army of creatures won't let attackers through. Direct damage could get you if you don't have Leyline of Sanctity but all your creatures probably have lifelink so I wouldn't be too worried anyways.
