The way of the deck is simply, try to make charge counters to use the Magistrate's Scepter any turn. I think that it's kinda impossible to do it before the 4th round, but if u have the combo cards Coretapper, Winding Constrictor and another charge generator in the 4th round u'll close the game.

I'm still building this one, if u have any suggestion I'm open to them.
