Can kill on turn 3, multiple ways:

1: Land ; 2: Land; Kiln Fiend ; 3: Instant/sorcery (can be faithless looting, after which you draw into another combo piece) Unblockable, Assault Strobe, swing for 20.

1: Land, Nivmagus ; 2: Land ; exile 1/2 instant/sorcery (second could be Gitaxian Probe), Artful Dodge, swing for 3 or 5 ; 3: Land ; Assault Strobe, Artful Dodge flashback, Ground rift and exile the spell and copies. swing for 18 to 22.

REMOVED: (1: Land ; 2: Land; Immolating Souleater ; 3: Land, Unblockable, Assault Strobe, pay a bunch of life (and 1 red mana?), swing for 20.)

I've gone and removed Guttersnipe to put in Nivmagus Elemental in the end, as you can get more certain turn 3 wins (if you can keep a hand of 7).

Nivix Cyclops could easily be replaced by Delver of Secrets ^Flip to lower the mana curve even more when you feel like it. However it seems like such a boring replacement. Guttersnipe is a nice multiplayer alternative though you generally will have not a lot of impact in multiplayer anyway so just stick to 1v1s :P
