Updated Sideboard —April 23, 2012
Updated the sideboard a bit. Built this on Magic Online, plays really well and consistent in casual games. Can't wait to try this out in a Tournament, I know it'll probably be stomped by more dominant archetypes (Modular, Ramp-drazi etc) but I'm sure it'll be fun nevertheless. (:

Now that I'm looking at it, why no Sigil of the Empty Throne? That card is a win condition in itself.
April 4, 2012 2:40 a.m.
Haha, thank you. (:
And interesting... Would I make that a 1 or 2-of in the deck if I were to add it?
April 4, 2012 2:48 a.m.
dont know if u actually need it but what bout Auramancer to get destroyed enchantments back?
April 4, 2012 3:14 a.m.
Auramancer is a bit too slow for my liking, and Nomad Mythmaker does that job and better anyway. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Two Sigil of the Empty Throne. No Curse of Exhaustion? I think you ought to frustrate your opponent a bit more.
April 4, 2012 9:37 a.m.
If you're doing mono-white Emeria, The Sky Ruin seems like it would be a good include as a 1 or 2-of.

I definitely think 2. That is a card you want to see, and if you happen to draw both, well you pretty much win.

+1 because I played kor spirit dancer in standard back in the day and SUCH a great name. Greater Auramancy makes it so your creatures can only have one aura each just sayin.
Also, my favorite of all auras (Cho-Manno's Blessing) was not included :C just be careful picking white!

@ Theophilus + metalmagic
Alright, thank you for the suggestion of Sigil of the Empty Throne. I'll put 2 of them in and see how they go in playtests. (:
As for the Curse of Exhaustion, that sounds more like a sideboard card for aggro. My question is though, would I use that or Ghostly Prison instead? They're both quite good at slowing my opponent down.
I'm not sure. In my experience running mono-white, I've never actually reached the point where I have 7 plains on the field to make use of Emeria, The Sky Ruin's effect. I'll consider it, but it may not suit how quick I want the deck to run.
Thank you. (:
And hm, I might drop that down to a 2-of. Thanks for pointing that out. Thats a tad annoying haha.
Thank you for all your feedback so far!

This deck runs too fast for most of the cards in the 4-5 mana range. You could replace them with some cool one-drops and Blessing of the Nephilim (I'm thinking of Nip Gwyllion, Boros Recruit, Figure of Destiny, Zealous Guardian, and sideboard Elvish Hexhunter. Also, some other cool one-drop auras are:Edge of the Divinity (for use with Nip Gwyllion)Gift of Granite (to surprise some attackers/blockers/damage)Genju of the Fields (could be good, I guess)Holy Strength (its pretty good)Lifelink (because you won't have many creatures, its important that you gain life as a pseudo-blocker)
Thats my advise, +1 for the name!

@mtuchler
That was actually the one aim of this deck when I first thought of making it: to be really fast and become big really quickly.
I've taken out the Sigil of the Empty Throne again because I playtested it heaps and I only got it to work once while playtesting. I also removed Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage because while nice and providing an awesome effect, I never really enchanted him once he got out and chose to further enchant the Kor Spiritdancer or Mirran Crusader. I've put in 3 Nip Gwyllion like you suggested because I needed a 1-drop creature.
Hopefully with these changes it will become a more faster deck. (:

I believe you need some more creatures to enchant, cheap creatures that must be able to grow fast.Elite Vanguard for example, a couple of them, pumped by the auras may win the game by theirselves

Is there a particular reason you're using Nip Gwyllion isntead of Serra Ascendant? I think it'd be stronger in this deck, myself.
April 5, 2012 11:47 a.m.
I'd cut Mesa Enchantress for something cheaper, like Vault Skirge or another one drop. You have a bunch of cheap auras, but only Nip Gwyllion as a 1-drop creature. Another four 1-drops would really help you get an aggressive start.

Swap Hyena Umbra for Armored Ascension! Ascension is a BEAST late game in a mono white deck. On Mirran Crusader you can be swinging for 10 on turn 5. If you're looking for a good 1-drop then consider Student of Warfare.

Edge of the Divinity is for Nip Gwyllion. My above comment lists a bunch of cards that would go well to make the deck more aggressive.
Blessing of the Nephilim (I'm thinking of Nip Gwyllion, Boros Recruit, Figure of Destiny, Zealous Guardian, and sideboard Elvish Hexhunter)
Also, some other cool one-drop auras are:
Edge of the Divinity (for use with Nip Gwyllion)
Gift of Granite (to surprise some attackers/blockers/damage)
Genju of the Fields (could be good, I guess)
Holy Strength (its pretty good)
Lifelink (because you won't have many creatures, its important that you gain life as a pseudo-blocker)

I know Guardian's Magemark is subpar, but it has a nice boost and also fits the theme well. Personally I'd go bant for things like Sovereigns of Lost Alara, which is fun, especially when coupled with Eldrazi Conscription. If you do got bant, you might wanna check out Infiltrator's Magemark.
P.S. I haven't actually read the other comments, so if you've explained why you really don't want to splash or something, forgive me.

I know this doesnt really help with the deck. though everyone is give great ideas. But i was just looking and doesnt the girl of Angelic Destiny, look alot like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben sisters maybe?? and check out my deck i think its pretty solid, looking for some tweaks that keep theme if you can think of any In The Name of the King
April 6, 2012 12:03 a.m.
Very true. I even own a playset of them. Why didn't I think of that? Haha, thank you.
Hm. Personally, I like Mesa Enchantress - especially when you've got her and Kor Spiritdancer on the field - because she nets a massive draw amount which is pretty important for aggro and their cheap drops. I may sideboard something in her place if I want a quicker game, but for now I'd like to keep her mainboarded.
... And I think your suggestion may be my sideboard card for when that happens. Thank you for suggesting Student of Warfare. (:
However I find Hyena Umbra to be a very important card in the deck. Armored Ascension does work REALLY well in mono-white though. I'll see what I can do...
While a very awesome card, it may be a bit out of my cmc range to play it. :<
That is a very nice list you brought to my attention. (:
Out of the list I'd probably consider Lifelink and Holy Strength the most because I would like to keep it mono coloured and the rest really benefits dual colours. Thank you though!
@theobjection
Thank you for you suggestions, I would however like to just keep it mono coloured for speed efficiency (I hate being mana screwed) and just to fit the theme. (:
@user:Logan%20Pitt
Hah. Interesting observation! I'll have a look at your deck when I get the chance. I must get off the computer now for my girlfriend!

Cool deck. I would laugh is someone played Aura Barbs against you though.
April 6, 2012 2:32 a.m.
If this deck became popular, I would sideboard that card so fast.

Haven't looked at the deck, but the name alone deserves a +1. Especially since that is how half of the population where I'm from would actually pronounce 'orgasm.'
